Because Kortas Recruitment had already completed one project with NetSwifter, they were aware of the power of online presence. This time, we were entrusted with developing the website from scratch, ensuring it’ll meet the business’s goals and extend the Kortas brand in its niche.
The main objective for this project was to make the website useful for both employees and employers with a separate page designated for both, with each page containing specific information and functionalities to maximise usability. All of this had to be done based on strict brand guides provided by the company.
We designed and developed a beautiful and functional construction jobs recruitment agency website for candidates looking for a job in the construction industry and employers in need of top professionals. To meet the client’s requirements, we implemented a content management system (CMS) and custom plugins to allow Kortas Recruitment in-house team to modify the website at any time, which they’ll use for updating available job offers.
To flesh out the business’ identity, we encouraged the founder to take professional pictures of the team, which we used on different pages. We also had a dedicated budget to supplement original photos with industry-related premium stock images to use on the website.
The copywriting side of this project was completed by our trusted partner, who worked closely with us at every stage of the project, adjusting the content as we made changes to the design. This added value will ensure more conversions and performance in search results, both of which will benefit Kortas Recruitment in the long run.
Kortas Recruitment is a steadily-growing business, and we expect the company to grow even further by expanding their database of job offers as they’re developing more strategic partnerships with employers around the UK.
To monitor the traffic flowing in and see how visitors behave on the website, we implemented Google Analytics, which will provide unique insights into what the target audience needs and create opportunities for further improvement.
We completed the project remotely, working closely with the client using email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet to share the screen and get live feedback on each iteration of the design process.
