Website Redesign | SEO Strategy | Product Catalogue UX
Transaco is a well-established Polish company specialising in professional packaging systems and machinery for the logistics, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. With decades of experience and partnerships with leading manufacturers, backed by technical service and training.
When Transaco first approached NetSwifter, they weren’t just looking for a new website — they were seeking a digital transformation. Their existing online presence no longer reflected their strong market position, and they needed a partner who could not only deliver a sleek website but also guide them through the strategic decisions behind SEO, structure, and long-term visibility. That’s where I came in.
This logistics website revamp was designed to align with Transaco’s business growth, whilst answering a common question: how to improve SEO for a B2B packaging site in a niche, high-value industry.
Having successfully delivered digital solutions to three other packaging industry clients, I was now ready to leverage that deep understanding for Transaco.
❌ Outdated website that did not match the company's experience or reputation. The old CMS was difficult to manage without developer help, the design felt obsolete, and mobile performance was poor.
❌ No clear structure for product information or service descriptions. The site lacked SEO-friendly navigation and used URL paths written in developer jargon.
❌ No SEO foundation or analytics setup. Although an agency was previously hired, their work lacked transparency, reports, and measurable results.
❌ No content strategy or conversion optimisation. Marketing efforts were inconsistent and lacked direction.
My first step was a thorough analysis of Transaco’s goals, market, and target audience. Leveraging my experience, I mapped out a new site architecture with a laser focus on user clarity, SEO logic, and future campaign readiness. Each product category and service page was meticulously structured for readability and discoverability, with a clear focus on Transaco's specific objectives.
✅ Full website redesign and implementation in WordPress using Oxygen Builder. I chose Oxygen because it's a fast and flexible engine for building such projects, allowing for precise control and future scalability.
✅ SEO-informed content structure with clear navigation and keyword-based categorisation.
✅ Responsive design with clean layout, intuitive icons, and clear content hierarchy.
✅ WooCommerce used as a product catalogue (no checkout functionality). This was a deliberate choice as WooCommerce is a robust and popular platform that not only presents the offering beautifully but also enables useful integrations and easy product catalogue editing for Transaco's team.
✅ Strategic placements of forms and CTAs to drive direct contact from potential clients.
✅ Polish language version, with seamless multilingual support included.
This WordPress redesign for a B2B company was not just about aesthetics – it laid the robust groundwork for digital marketing, search visibility, and sales enablement.
With the solid site structure in place, I moved into technical and content-based SEO work, ensuring both the code and content aligned perfectly with Transaco's goals.
✅ Technical audit, performance optimisation, and PageSpeed improvements.
✅ Full metadata, breadcrumbs, schema markup, and RankMath configuration.
✅ Targeted SEO work on product categories, informational pages, and services.
✅ Blog setup with initial articles optimised for industry-relevant search terms.
✅ Integrated Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and GTM for precise tracking and reporting.
This level of B2B company website SEO ensures that both content and code work together to support long-term discoverability and engagement.
Today, Transaco runs a fast, modern website that truly represents its professionalism and scale. The revamped platform significantly improves user experience, effectively supports their sales efforts, and lays a solid groundwork for continued SEO growth.
⚡ Significant PageSpeed improvements across all devices.
📈 Strong initial boost in organic impressions and indexed content (confirmed via GSC), alongside clear improvements in user engagement metrics.
✅ Google Ads campaign-ready with a conversion-oriented landing structure.
🔧 SEO foundation is firmly in place for ongoing content, backlink, and performance strategies.
Within just a few weeks from launch and prior to any paid ads, the site had already reached over 1.4K impressions and started generating organic clicks. A strong start for a freshly indexed B2B website.
This project was more than just a website revamp — it marked a pivotal turning point in Transaco’s digital strategy. With clear goals, open communication, and mutual trust, I successfully completed both design and SEO phases of the project.
Today, I continue to support Transaco through a monthly subscription plan, providing technical maintenance, ongoing SEO optimisation, and detailed analytics reporting — a testament to the long-term value of a strong partnership and quality execution.
